Zita is a theatre, film and television actress. She performs in English, Hungarian and German language.
Her most recent television work includes playing the real-life-character of Violet Austman in the Dutch 8-part drama miniseries 'King Of The Skies',
about the iconic aviation pioneer Fokker. Prior to that role she appeared in the Albert Einstein biopic 'Genius', a drama series produced by Fox 21
Television Studios, playing the titular character’s daughter, Ilse Einstein.
Zita played the lead role in 'Bogaras Szülők', a 10-part comedy drama built around the trials and tribulations of a single mother, and had a major role
in 'Fapad', a mockumentary comedy series about the incapable staff of a budget airline. Both were acclaimed, prime time shows on Hungarian television.
Zita's most recent stage work was at the Theater & Orchester Heidelberg, Germany, playing a lead role in the adaptation of Ray Bradbury's 'Fahrenheit 451'.
Previously she was in repertory theatre, in-contract for four seasons with the Katona József National Theatre Kecskemét, Hungary, during which time she
picked up two awards for best actress, and played in a production of Agatha Christie’s 'The Mousetrap' – which they also performed in London at St Martin’s
Theatre for the show’s 60thAnniversary. Prior to this, she was in-contract for two seasons with The Viktor Bodó Sputnik Theatre Company, performing in
international co-productions across Germany, Austria and Hungary.
Zita has also played roles in feature films, including the European coming-of-age drama ‘Land Of Storms’, which premiered at the 2014 Berlinale International
Film Festival, and the British heist movie ‘Anti-Social’, nominated for Best Film at the 2016 Fantasporto Film Festival.
On account of her work, Zita has obliged an array of media engagements spanning television chat-shows, printed interviews, and has been cast-as-herself in
magazine advertorials for a variety of brands.
